Payment

Please note we accept payment in GB pounds sterling only.

Debit and Credit cards.

We welcome Debit and Credit Card payments made through Paypal – a secure method of online payment.

To buy a painting click on 'Buy it now' and then either enter your Paypal details or if you are not a Paypal user then you can use any credit card you wish by clicking on the option 'Don't have a Paypal account'.

If you wish to pay by cheque then please make the cheque made payable to 'Mad Art Studio' and send to...

Please note colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and screen resolutions. 

Delivery

Products are despatched by courier.  The service is fully insured and traceable.  Delivery in the UK is usually within 48 hours.  Delivery to other countries usually within 14 working days.

We package your painting with great care in quality packaging especially designed to protect your purchase.

Please check the package on arrival.  If the outer packaging is damaged you do not have to accept delivery and the package will be returned.  In the event of damage during transit please retain all the original packaging as this is required for a successful claim and notify Mad Art Studio immediately.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you wish to return your painting for any reason (other than in transit damage) please notify us and return the painting in the original packaging within 10 days by an insured courier.  We will refund the original purchase price of the painting/s, minus all carriage fees.
